The Andhra Pradesh State Level Police has released a notification for the recruitment of Sub Inspector post in the police department in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP Police Examination Call Letter Download
The candidates who have applied for the exam can visit the Official Website to download the Admit card for the exam. The admit card will be released one week before the examination. The authority will release date for the test soon. The candidates are requested to carry the admit card along with an ID proof to the examination hall. Without the Admit Card, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the hall.
AP Police SI Exam Pattern
The test is scheduled for a total of 120 marks. The questions are asked in three separate sections: General Knowledge & English, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and Mathematics. The examination is scheduled for a total of 120 minutes. All the sections carry different marks. The candidate must score cut-off marking mentioned in all sections separately for getting short-listed.
AP Police SI Test 2017 Cut Off Markings
The candidates can make the rough calculation of their marks and rank referring the answer keys. The cut-off markings required for each category is different for getting short-listed. The cut-off markings change every year depending on the number of candidates attempted the examination and the toughness of the examination. The candidates getting marks above the cut-off will be shortlisted for the examination. Those candidates will be called for the next round of interview. The candidates must obtain a cut-off marking of 40% for OC, 35% for BCs and 30% for SCs/ STs/ Ex-Servicemen for getting short-listed in the test.
