Education Qualification 

Candidates should have completed BE/BTech/MCA) or High School graduate or  above are eligible for the post. 

Job Responsibilities 

Management of Stakeholders and Businesses 

∙ They support all client business divisions with client-side interactive  components using JavaScript / JQuery, ad development utilising various  mobile ad producer tools, enlarged advertising with bespoke animation and  image galleries, and so on. 

∙ Design/develop creative artefacts for advertisements in accordance with the  client’s brief and brand and design requirements. 


Customer Relationship Management: Develop internet / intranet web pages in the  defined format while conforming to client specifications within the given TAT. 

Provide information, instruct customers on how to update trackers, update essential  software and tools, and keep SME and TL up to date on any new issues. 

Only for voice processes

Effectively convey product/service information and/or troubleshoot difficulties with the  client within the agreed-upon time constraints, in a way that the end user/customer  understands, and educate the consumer. 

Establish a relationship with the customer and give the greatest quality of service  possible. 

Adherence and Process Improvements 

∙ Achieve process SLAs / metrics – productivity and quality goals within the  timeframes set. 

∙ Ensure that process guidelines are followed and met in accordance with the  documentation. 

∙ Keep up to current on process knowledge and changes. To efficiently process  transactions, refer to knowledge updates/repositories. 

∙ Follow the organization’s security policies. 

Control, management, and review of projects / Program delivery ∙ Receive tickets and deal on issues pertaining to the procedure. 

∙ For concerns detected, raise/update CRM tool under required categories, or  escalate to the SME / TL. 

Only for Voice Processes 

∙ Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with  account administration, CRM difficulties, customisation, analytics,  dashboards, reports, and other services. 

∙ Follow up with outbound calls to confirm resolution. 

Individuals / Group

∙ Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and take an active role in them. ∙ Take part in and contribute to the operations of the organisation.
