- After that you will have to find the link of application form from there and Download the Application form to the personal computer
- Now as soon as you click the link . it will get redirected to a page where you will have to provide some basic details like name, DOB etc
- Fill the required detail properly and just assure that you have entered all the details very correct and then
- Upload sign and the photo submit it by pressing on the submit button
- Save the application form to the PC
