Applications are invited for filling up the posts of Financial Adviser & Chief Accounts  Officer, Deputy Controller of Accounts, Principal Private Secretary, Assistant  Registrar, Private Secretary, Tribunal Officer/Section Officer, Assistant, Tribunal  Master/Steno Grade-‘l’, Accounts Officer and Junior Accounts Officer in the Armed  Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi on deputation basis for a period of three  years from suitable candidates, who fulfill the eligibility conditions. 

About The Company 

Armed Forces Tribunal is a military tribunal in India. It was established under the  Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007. In 1999, the Law Commission’s 169th report  stated that disciplinary and service matters required quick resolutions and proposed  a special tribunal for the military and paramilitary forces. Armed forces tribunal bill  was steered through Parliament only by the Defence Ministry, leaving paramilitary  forces, even the Assam Rifles and Coast Guard, outside the tribunal’s purview.

Tribunal Officer/Section Officer – 01

Tribunal Master / Stenographer Grade – ‘I’ – 05 

Accounts Officer – 02

Junior Accounts Officer – 02 


Holding analogous posts on regular basis; Knowledge in computer operation. i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; and 

 ii) Having 2 years experience in protocol related work. 

Desirable: Degree in Law and having experience in protocol work. 

Age Limit 

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as  on the closing date of receipt of applications. 

Pay Scale 

Pay Matrix Level – 6 (Rs 35400-112400) & Level – 7 (Rs 44900-142400)
