Employees State Insurance Corporation is a government undertaking organization established in the year 1923. Employee’s State Insurance Scheme provides social protection to workers in the organized sector and their dependants in times of sickness, maternity, death or disablement. E.S.I. Act was implemented in India for the first time in Delhi & Kanpur on 24th February 1952 and later was extended to other 39 centers of Uttar Pradesh Region. The Act applies in the first instance to nonseasonal factories employing 10 persons in manufacturing process. ESIC Delhi Notification 2016 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the ESIC Delhi Recruitment 2016, candidates need to fulfill all the eligibility criteria that have been mentioned in the notification. The eligibility requirements are that the candidates must have completed their Matriculation/Intermediate from any recognized Board. A candidate’s age must be in between 18 years to 27 years. The pay scale for Stenographer and Upper Division will be ranging from Rs. 5200/- to Rs. 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- and the pay scale for Multi-Tasking Staff will be ranging from Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-. The selection process will be based on the written examination, stenographic test and followed by an interview.
