HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. is a long-term life insurance provider with its  headquarters in Mumbai, offering individual and group insurance services and  incorporated on 14 August 2000. 

The company is a joint venture between Housing Development Finance Corporation  Ltd (HDFC), one of India’s leading housing finance institutions and Abrdn, a global  investment company. As on 31 March 2020, the promoters; HDFC Ltd. and Standard  Life (Mauritius Holdings) 2006 Ltd. hold a 51.69% and 34.75% stake in HDFC Life  respectively. The remaining equity is held by public shareholders. 

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates should be Graduate/Post Graduate from the recognized university with  3/4 Years experience in HR.

Salary details 

The shortlisted candidates shall get the salary for the post is Rs 2, 75,000 – 4,  50,000 P.A.

Roles and Responsibilities 

∙ Establish a strong working relationship with important stakeholders. I.e.,  business to gain a better understanding of the business perspective in order  to achieve better results. 

∙ Actively seeks out gaps, proposes, and implements improvements that are in  accordance with the company’s aims and objectives. 

∙ Recruiting targets will be met with the help of timely and cost-effective  solutions. 

∙ Make sure there’s a good mix of people you’re hiring. For sourcing applicants,  you will be responsible for finding and empanelling consultants, relationship  management with consultants, local training institutes, referral schemes,  boost walk-ins, and use of job portals, among other things. 

∙ Candidate screening and documentation 

∙ Responsible for new joiner onboarding and fulfilment of joining formalities, as  well as assigning them to the appropriate departments. 

∙ Monitor complaints and put disciplinary policies and procedures in place. ∙ Implement creative ways to keep staff engaged and motivated.
