Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts exams for candidates who have applied for a bank exam and want to work in a bank. They conduct CWE Common Written exams for students based on their ability and candidates who qualify the exam will be promoted for an interview process. After qualifying the interview, you have a total of 21 banks to choose from. The bank will evaluate your results and your interview and then decide to whether recruit you or not. If any of 2 persons get the same exact score, the banks would choose the native place of that candidate. The organization has successfully organized the IBPS RRB and IBPS PO V Prelims examinations in the month of August and October 2015.
