NFL Management Trainee Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
National Fertilizers Limited is filling Management Trainee posts in Human Resource, Marketing & Lab disciplines. For those who are applying for Lab MT jobs must have an education qualification of M.Sc Chemistry, for Human Resource Jobs candidates must possess MBA/PGDBM (Personnel Management/HR/HRD) (2year full-time course recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE) and for Marketing jobs candidates must possess MBA/PGDBM (Marketing/Agriculture Marketing) (2year full-time course recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE) With B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc (Agriculture). The maximum age of the candidate must reside 29 years. The Salary offered for selected candidates will range from Rs. 16400 – Rs. 40500 during the training period of 1 year. Officials conduct the written examination for 80 marks and Interview for 20 marks. The selection process will be based on the candidate’s performance in the written examination and then followed by an interview.
