The officials have revealed Paytm Payment Banks Openings and has decided to hire more than 3000 candidates. Recently, RBI has declared permissions to start Payments Banks in India. In the list of entities, Paytm is one of them and has been permitted to start Payment Banks. Paytm is the largest mobile payment website now. The approval was done by RBI in the month of August 2015 and has given a time period of 18 months. So in order to get employees for the Payment Bank, the organization has come with Paytm Recruitment 2016.

Paytm is planning to launch the country’s first payments bank by the end of this financial year and is counting on its mobile wallet experience to give it a clear advantage over established business houses that will be its main rivals. Paytm Payment Bank Ltd, the new company formed to house the payments bank, will also house the mobile wallets business. The wallet license will be surrendered shortly to the RBI and will operate under the payments bank license. The escrow account, which today is on a third party nationalized bank, will move to the Paytm Payment Bank. RBI main vision to establish this Payment Banks is for cashless economy & financial inclusion. No payment bank will lend money to the customers. Paytm Payment Banks are about to start recruiting candidates for payment bank operations. Right now, there is no official declaration of the Recruitment.
