West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (WBSSC)
The West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (WBSSC) is under the control of Government of West Bengal. State Government will appoint Chairperson and all other members of WBSSC. The Act in WBSSC is called West Bengal Staff Selection Commission Act 2011. Its function is to recruit candidates for relevant posts under direct recruitment method, recruit candidates for state Government services. Another function is to conduct computer typing tests in the languages of Bengali & English.
